Making a complaint
We aspire to provide excellent customer service but we also appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. We have a process in place to appropriately deal with any issues you may have. Please contact us by email in the first instance at complaints@advancr.com
Should the outcome of your complaint still leave you unhappy, eligible complainants have the right to refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
